David Bodnarchuk, CA - President

He oversees operational ownership and vision of the product and the company. This includes concentrating on the financial and operational management of the company, and the development of strategic alliances. David is a Chartered Accountant, and has had many years of technology experience with industry leaders such as Apple and Oracle. He also was with KPMG, as a computer audit specialist, and participated in many not for profit audit engagements. He previously founded, operated and sold a software company that created applicant forms software.. David has served on many not-for-profit boards, including the 12×12 Runners Challenge and the Edmonton and Northern Alberta Crime Stoppers Association for which he implemented computerized fund-raising systems. David graduated from the University of Alberta with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and received his CA designation in 1993. Most recently, he was designated with an early achievement award from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta, and sits on several non for profit boards including the GO centre association and the Caritas Health Board Foundation.

Bruce Alton - VP Business Development, Micralyne Inc.

Mr. Alton has previous entrepreneurial and financing experience in technology with Blackbird Capital, and current involvement with local technological, municipal and venture capital organizations, including the Alberta Economic Development Authority, TELUS Geomatics, and VTN technologies.

Mr. Antonio has founded several startups including Beyond Software and DBXperts, and is currently involved in counseling organizations with their storage area network requirements. He has tremendous experience in overseeing software architecture.

Lyle Best - Founder and President Quikcard Solutions

As a marketing guru, Mr. Best founded and started a benefit plan that now serves customers across Canada. He is known for his selfless nature, serving on countless committees and has planned, chaired and hosted literally hundreds of fundraisers and galas benefitting Canadian charities. Currently Mr. Best servers on the boards of Junior Achievement and Edmonton Northlands to name just a few of his non-profit and and community endevours.

Gary Ford - Past President, Softwarehouse (West) Inc.

An eighteen year old Edmonton based company that operates three CompuSmart retail franchises in Edmonton; and, Interbaun Communications Inc., a local Internet Service Provider. Mr. Ford provides strategic advice in dealing with technology retailers.

Murray Innes - CFO, Mobile Augers and Research, Inc.

Prior to Mobile Augers, Mr. Innes worked as an equity analyst at Credit Lyonnais Securities and Prudential Securities. He founded one of the first private surgery centers in Canada and has advised many other startup ventures. Mr. Innes received his MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and is an executive member of the Geotechnical Society of Edmonton. He also has experience with online payment systems and technology financing.

John Murphy - VP Marketing, Blackstone Corporation

Mr. Murphy has over 20 years experience in the software industry, primarily as a founder of Shana Corporation, recently purchased by filenet inc.. As its VP of Sales and Marketing, he helped grow Shana from 2 to 70 people, had extensive involvement in the development of its forms based software, and lead its enterprise sales and marketing positioning throughout North America.

Gordon Stephenson, CA - VP Finance & Administration, PCL Construction Group Inc.

Mr. Stephenson has extensive experience with the service needs of professional associations, service clubs and not-for-profits. Prior to PCL, Gordon was a partner with KPMG LLP where he provided professional services to many such organizations. He is Chairman of the Chartered Accountants Education Foundation, Minerva Foundation Treasurer and a past director of the Chinook Theatre.

John Boucher - President and CEO Caritas Hospitals Foundation

Mr. Boucher has been with the Caritas Health Group since 1986, working in several areas such as Environmental Services, Public Relations and Community Relations. Since 2001, Mr. Boucher has served as President and CEO of the Caritas Hospitals Foundation - a Foundation that supports one of the largest providers of faith-based care in the Province of Alberta - Caritas Health Group. Mr. Boucher manages a team of 19 and is responsible for securing $4.5M in net revenue annually for the advancement of healthcare through S.E.E.D. funding, education and research and the purchase of state of the art health care equipment.
